3 Ingredient Brownies with Banana

Super fudgy and rich, these 3-ingredient brownies are a dream come true! Made with ripe bananas, creamy peanut butter, and cocoa powder, they’re a vegan, sugar-free, and gluten-free treat that’s as easy to make as it is delicious.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Servings: 9 brownies


Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 120 grams (1/2 cup) creamy peanut butter
  • 50 grams (1/2 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7-inch x 7-inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the peanut butter to the mashed bananas and mix until fully combined and creamy.
  4. Sift in the cocoa powder and gently fold until a smooth batter forms.
  5. Transfer the batter into the prepared brownie pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 22 to 30 minutes or until the brownies are set. Test with a toothpick; it should come out mostly clean. (Mine were perfect at 27 minutes.)
  7. Let the brownies cool completely at room temperature before slicing into squares.
