Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 120 grams (1/2 cup) creamy peanut butter
- 50 grams (1/2 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7-inch x 7-inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter to the mashed bananas and mix until fully combined and creamy.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and gently fold until a smooth batter forms.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared brownie pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 22 to 30 minutes or until the brownies are set. Test with a toothpick; it should come out mostly clean. (Mine were perfect at 27 minutes.)
- Let the brownies cool completely at room temperature before slicing into squares.
