3 Ingredient Brownies with Banana

These 3-ingredient brownies are fudgy, chocolatey, and unbelievably easy to make! Made with ripe bananas, peanut butter, and cocoa powder, they’re naturally vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free—a guilt-free treat you’ll love!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 120 grams (1/2 cup) creamy peanut butter
  • 50 grams (1/2 cup) cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7-inch x 7-inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the peanut butter and stir until well combined. Sift in the cocoa powder and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Transfer to the pan: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Bake: Bake for 22–30 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (mine took 27 minutes).
  5. Cool and slice: Let the brownies cool completely at room temperature before slicing into squares.
