Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 120 grams (1/2 cup) creamy peanut butter
- 50 grams (1/2 cup) cocoa powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7-inch x 7-inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the peanut butter and stir until well combined. Sift in the cocoa powder and mix until fully incorporated.
- Transfer to the pan: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake: Bake for 22–30 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (mine took 27 minutes).
- Cool and slice: Let the brownies cool completely at room temperature before slicing into squares.
