Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
For the Spinach Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

Instructions:
- Prepare the meatballs: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until just combined. Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake the meatballs for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Make the sauce: While the meatballs bake, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently for 3–4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Combine: Add the baked meatballs to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce, tossing gently to coat.
