  2. Brush the glaze generously over the tops of the sliders.
  3. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and chopped parsley, if using.

Step 4: Bake & Serve

  1. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for another 5–7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and slightly crispy.
  3. Let the sliders cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm!

Tips & Tricks for the Best Ham and Cheese Sliders

✨ Use quality ham – A smoked or honey ham will add the best flavor.

✨ Choose the right cheese – Swiss cheese is classic, but cheddar, provolone, or mozzarella work great too.

✨ Don’t skip the glaze – It adds so much flavor and helps the sliders stay moist.

✨ Make them ahead – Assemble the sliders a day before, store them in the fridge, and bake when ready.

✨ Crispy vs. Soft Tops – If you love a crispy top, bake uncovered for a few extra minutes.

✨ Perfect for Freezing – Freeze uncooked sliders for up to 3 months, then thaw and bake!
