Instructions

Step 1: Sauté the Sausage

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced sausage, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and slightly crispy.

Step 2: Make the BBQ Glaze
