Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Oil for frying

Instructions:
- Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess fat, then stir in chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Assemble the chimichangas: Lay a tortilla flat and spoon 1/4 of the beef mixture into the center. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly into a burrito shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Fry the chimichangas: Heat 1 inch of oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry each chimichanga seam-side down for 2โ3 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve: Serve hot with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole for dipping.
