  • 60g (½ cup) powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare the Pan

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3: Make the Batter

  1. In a large bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Add half of the dry ingredients, followed by half of the milk. Mix gently.
  5. Repeat with the remaining dry ingredients and milk.

Step 4: Add Blueberries

  1. Toss blueberries with 1 tablespoon flour (this prevents sinking).
