✔️ Gooey & Buttery – Soft caramel and warm apples in every bite.
✔️ Perfect for Fall – The best way to enjoy classic apple pie flavors!
✔️ Great for Parties – A fun, handheld dessert.

Ingredients (Makes 10-12 Bombs)

  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough (or use homemade dough)
  • 1 large apple, diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work best)
  • 50g (¼ cup) granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 soft caramel candies, halved (or caramel sauce for drizzling)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 50g (¼ cup) brown sugar (for rolling)

How to Make Caramel Apple Pie Bombs

Step 1: Prepare the Apple Filling

  1. In a small bowl, mix diced apples, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes to soften slightly.

Step 2: Assemble the Bombs

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each biscuit dough round slightly with your hands.
  3. Spoon a small amount of the apple mixture onto the center of each dough round.
  4. Place half a caramel candy on top of the apples.
  5. Pinch the edges together tightly to seal and form a ball.

Step 3: Coat & Bake

  1. Brush each bomb with melted butter and roll in brown sugar.
  2. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!

  1. Let cool slightly before serving—be careful, the caramel inside is hot!
  2. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce and enjoy warm.
