Plus, they’re super easy to make, requiring just a handful of ingredients and minimal prep time!


Ingredients

For the Potatoes:

  • 1 kg baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 20g ranch seasoning mix (homemade or store-bought)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

For the Cheesy Topping:

  • 100g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 50g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into halves or quarters for even cooking.

Step 2: Season the Potatoes

  1. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Mix well until every piece is evenly coated.

Step 3: Roast the Potatoes

  1. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Step 4: Add the Cheese

  1. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the roasted potatoes.
  2. Return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
