  • 1 packet (10g) cheesecake pudding mix (or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract for a substitute)
  • 150g cherry pie filling (or dried cherries for a chewy texture)
  • 100g crushed graham crackers (for that cheesecake crust flavor)

Instructions

Step 1: Melt the White Chocolate Mixture

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, cream cheese, and butter.
  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted.

Step 2: Coat the Cereal

  1. Place the Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the cereal, stirring gently to coat evenly.

Step 3: Add the Cherry & Cheesecake Flavor

  1. Stir in the cheesecake pudding mix and cherry pie filling until well combined.

Step 4: Add the Finishing Touches

  1. Add the powdered sugar to a large zip-top bag.
  2. Transfer the coated cereal into the bag, seal, and shake until every piece is coated in the powdered sugar.
