  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 30g (¼ cup) roasted peanuts, crushed
  • ½ red chili, sliced (optional for extra heat)
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Noodles

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to prevent sticking. Toss with sesame oil and set aside.

Step 2: Make the Chili Peanut Sauce

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, sriracha, chili flakes, honey, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Slowly add warm water while whisking until you get a smooth, pourable sauce.

Step 3: Toss the Noodles
