  • Dark chocolate (70% cocoa or more), melted – 200g (7oz)
  • Coconut oil (for smooth chocolate coating, optional) – 1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt (for garnish, optional) – A pinch

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt Mixture

  1. Chop the strawberries into small bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and honey (if using), then mix until the strawberries are well coated.

Step 2: Form the Clusters

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spoon small clusters of the strawberry-yogurt mixture onto the sheet, spacing them apart.
  3. Freeze for at least 1 hour, or until the clusters are solid.

Step 3: Coat in Chocolate

  1. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
