Cilantro Lime Noodles

Give your noodles a vibrant twist with this cilantro lime recipe! Packed with fresh herbs, tangy lime, and a touch of garlic, these noodles are light, flavorful, and perfect as a side dish or main course.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz noodles (spaghetti, linguine, or rice noodles)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Zest and juice of 2 limes
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook Noodles: Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Mix Flavors: Stir in lime zest, lime juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
  4. Combine Noodles: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat. Mix in chopped cilantro.
  5. Serve: Serve warm or at room temperature with extra lime wedges and cilantro for garnish.
