1. Prep the Batter
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add sugars, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix!
2. Add the Cinnamon Swirl
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter on top, then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar.
