Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Chicken

Slice chicken breasts horizontally to make 4 even cutlets. Pat dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Bread the Chicken

Set up three shallow bowls:

  • Bowl 1: Flour
  • Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
  • Bowl 3: Mix of breadcrumbs + Parmesan

Dredge each cutlet in flour, then dip in eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to help the coating stick.

Step 3: Fry the Chicken
