Ingredients

  • 2 lbs crab legs (King, Snow, or Dungeness)
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted, for dipping)
  • 2 lemon wedges (for serving)

Juicy crab meat with hints of sweet and briny flavors makes for an unforgettable meal.


4 Easy Methods

  1. Steaming:
    • Fill a large pot with 1 inch of water and a steamer basket. Bring to a boil.
    • Place crab legs in the basket, cover, and steam for 5-7 minutes.
    • Serve hot with melted butter and lemon wedges.
  2. Boiling:
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Add crab legs and cook for 4-6 minutes.
    • Drain and serve immediately.
  3. Baking:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place crab legs on a baking sheet and brush with butter.
    • Cover with foil and bake for 8-10 minutes.
    • Serve with additional butter and lemon.
  4. Grilling:
