Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Flour for dredging
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter (divided)
- 8 oz uncooked fettuccine
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened (1/2 block)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Take cream cheese out of the fridge to soften for at least 30 minutes or microwave for 20–30 seconds. Grate the parmesan cheese.
- Cook Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water for the fettuccine and cook it al dente according to package directions.
- Prepare Chicken: Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create 4 cutlets. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then dredge in flour.
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
