Crispy Air Fried Parmesan Potatoes

  • 600g baby potatoes (or any small waxy potato), halved or quartered
  • 30g grated parmesan cheese
  • 15ml olive oil (1 tbsp)
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced (or 3g garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (or a mix of oregano and thyme)
  • 3g paprika (½ tsp)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 5g fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

1. Prep the Potatoes

Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into uniform bite-sized pieces (halves or quarters, depending on size) for even cooking.

2. Season

In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, parmesan, minced garlic (or garlic powder), Italian herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure every piece is well coated—this is where the crispy magic begins.

3. Air Fry

Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3 minutes.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed). Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they’re golden brown and crisp on the outside.

4. Garnish & Serve

Once out of the fryer, sprinkle with a little extra parmesan and fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot!
