Crispy Air Fried Parmesan Potatoes

These Crispy Air Fried Parmesan Potatoes are golden brown on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and packed with garlicky, cheesy goodness! Made with simple ingredients, they’re the perfect side dish for any meal. Ready in 20 minutes, these potatoes are irresistibly crispy and bursting with flavor.


Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 500g baby potatoes (or regular potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks)
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Potatoes

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into halves or bite-sized pieces.
  2. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Step 2: Season the Potatoes

  1. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and half of the Parmesan cheese.

Step 3: Air Fry the Potatoes

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.

Step 4: Add More Parmesan & Serve

  1. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the hot potatoes and toss gently.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately!
