Crock Pot Mac and Cheese

  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (about 8 oz)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

1. Grease your slow cooker:

Spray the inside of a 4–6 quart Crock Pot with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.

2. Add ingredients:

Pour in the uncooked macaroni, both milks, melted butter, shredded cheeses, and all seasonings.

3. Stir well:

Give it a good stir to mix everything evenly.

4. Cook:

Cover and cook on low for 1½ to 2 hours. Stir halfway through cooking to keep it from sticking and to ensure even melting.

5. Check doneness:

Once the macaroni is tender and the cheese sauce is creamy, it’s ready! Stir one last time before serving.
