  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce (adjust to heat level)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (optional but adds richness)

For the Ramen:

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • Fresh parsley, green onions, or sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Extra chili oil or sriracha for topping (optional)

Step 1: Cook the Chicken

In a bowl, toss the chicken with paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and sear for 4–6 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Step 2: Make the Garlic Sauce

In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute more.

Step 3: Cook the Ramen

Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add directly to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy garlic sauce.

Step 4: Serve It Up

Spoon the fiery ramen into bowls, top with extra sauce, and garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, or a drizzle of chili oil for extra heat.
