  • ✅ Made with just a few simple ingredients
  • ⏱️ Prepped in 10 minutes
  • 💪 Great for post-gym or mid-day cravings

Ingredients (U.S. Standard Measurements – Makes 12–16 bites)

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (full-fat for creaminess)
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (smooth, unsweetened)
  • 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional mix-ins: mini chocolate chips, granola, chopped peanuts, chia seeds
  • Optional drizzle: melted dark chocolate

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Base

In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Add Mix-Ins (Optional)

Fold in chocolate chips, granola, or chopped nuts if using.

Step 3: Portion

Scoop small spoonfuls (about 1–2 tablespoons each) onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or into silicone molds.

Step 4: Freeze

Place in the freezer for 2–3 hours or until completely firm.

Step 5: Store & Serve

Once frozen, transfer to an airtight container and keep stored in the freezer. Let sit at room temp for 2–3 minutes before eating for the best texture.

Tips & Tricks

  • Use silicone mini muffin molds for perfect round bites.
  • Want a chocolate version? Add 1 tablespoon cocoa powder to the base.
  • For nut-free: swap peanut butter for sunflower seed butter or tahini.
  • Add a thin layer of melted chocolate before freezing for a frozen Reese’s effect.
  • Kids love them too! Make them bite-sized for lunchboxes.
