  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2: Season the Chicken

  1. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then coat them evenly with the spice mix.

Step 3: Prepare the Potatoes

  1. In a separate bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil.
