Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots Recipe

These tender roasted carrots are coated in a rich honey garlic butter glaze, making them the perfect side dish for any meal. Sweet, savory, and irresistibly delicious!


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the carrots: Arrange the carrots on the prepared baking sheet and pour the honey garlic butter mixture over them. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Roast: Spread the carrots in a single layer and roast for 20–25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Tips for Perfect Carrots:

  • Use similar-sized carrots for even roasting.
  • Add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  • For extra caramelization, broil for the last 2 minutes.
