Hot Fudge Brownie Bread

This Hot Fudge Brownie Bread is the ultimate dessert for chocolate lovers! A rich, fudgy brownie baked into a loaf, drizzled with warm hot fudge, and packed with intense chocolate flavor. Perfect as a decadent treat, dessert, or even a sweet indulgence with your morning coffee!


Ingredients

For the Brownie Bread:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

For the Hot Fudge Topping:

  • ½ cup hot fudge sauce, warmed
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional for extra richness)

Instructions

1. Preheat and Prepare

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

2. Make the Brownie Batter

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix!
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips for extra gooeyness.

3. Bake the Brownie Bread

  1. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  2. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).
  3. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

4. Add the Hot Fudge Topping

  1. Once cooled, drizzle warm hot fudge sauce over the top. For extra indulgence, sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
  2. Slice, serve, and enjoy the rich, fudgy goodness!
