  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (120g) chopped pecans

How to Make Pecan Pie Brownie Bites

Step 1: Make the Brownie Batter

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir until just combined.
  5. Divide batter evenly into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.

Step 2: Prepare the Pecan Pie Filling

  1. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, melted butter, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir in chopped pecans until well coated.

Step 3: Assemble & Bake

  1. Spoon a small amount of pecan filling on top of each brownie bite.
