Lemon Mousse

This light and fluffy lemon mousse is a perfect balance of creamy sweetness and tangy citrus flavor. Made with just a few simple ingredients, it’s an elegant dessert that’s quick to whip up and perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • ½ cup lemon curd
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Whip the Cream: In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in Lemon Curd: Gently fold the lemon curd into the whipped cream until fully combined. Be careful not to deflate the mixture.
  3. Chill: Spoon the mousse into serving glasses or bowls. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  4. Serve: Garnish with lemon zest, fresh berries, or a dollop of whipped cream before serving.

This luscious mousse is light yet indulgent, with a refreshing burst of lemon flavor that melts in your mouth.
