Craving a quick, ultra-flavorful, and 100% comforting dinner? Let me introduce you to Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta — a dish that brings together all the beloved flavors of a cheeseburger — crispy bacon, savory beef, and melted cheese — wrapped in creamy pasta. This family-friendly dish is perfect for weeknight dinners when you want a hearty, easy-to-make meal that’s impossible to resist.

Imagine: every bite is an explosion of cheeseburger flavor, combined with the soft texture of pasta. It’s a recipe that pleases both kids and adults alike. And the best part? It’s ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients (in grams)

  • 300 g pasta (penne or shells work well)
  • 200 g smoked bacon, sliced
  • 450 g ground beef (5–10% fat)
  • 100 g yellow onion (about 1 medium onion)
  • 2 garlic cloves (about 6 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 g)
  • 200 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 150 g heavy cream (or full-fat cream)
  • 120 g whole milk
  • 30 g tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (2 g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 30 g pickles (optional, for garnish)
  • 10 g fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the bacon:
While the pasta cooks, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the bacon slices until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then crumble into small pieces. Set aside.
  3. Cook the beef:
In the same skillet, add olive oil. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. Brown the ground beef:
Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking the meat apart with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
  5. Season:
Add the tomato paste, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Make the sauce:
Pour in the heavy cream and milk. Stir until the mixture becomes creamy.
  7. Add the cheese:
Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until fully melted and incorporated into the sauce.
  8. Combine everything:
Add the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon to the skillet. Stir well to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
  9. Garnish and serve:
Top with sliced pickles if desired, and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm!

Tips and Tricks
