  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Crust

  3. Chill the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

Step 2: Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

  2. Add the marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream using a spatula, being careful not to deflate the mixture.

  1. Spoon the cheesecake filling onto the chilled crust and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  2. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set (overnight is even better!).
