For the Salad:

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (rotini, penne, or bow ties), cooled
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced or cubed (grilled or rotisserie)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped
  • ½ cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
