Mini Oreo Cheesecakes: Bite-Sized Sweetness with a Cookie Crunch

If you’re looking for a dessert that’s easy, indulgent, and guaranteed to impress, these Mini Oreo Cheesecakes are perfect! With a whole Oreo cookie as the crust, a creamy cheesecake filling, and even more Oreo crumbles on top, these bite-sized treats are a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.

They’re easy to make, require just a handful of ingredients, and bake up perfectly in muffin tins—no springform pan needed!


Ingredients (Makes 12 mini cheesecakes)

For the Crust & Filling:

  • 12 Oreo cookies (whole, for the crust)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 5-6 Oreo cookies, crushed (for mixing into the filling)

For the Topping (Optional):

  • 2-3 Oreo cookies, crushed (for garnish)
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Muffin Tin

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners. Place one whole Oreo cookie at the bottom of each liner to act as the crust.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract, egg, and sour cream, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.

Step 3: Assemble & Bake

  1. Spoon the cheesecake filling over each Oreo crust, filling the liners almost to the top.
  2. Bake for 16-18 minutes, or until the centers are set and slightly jiggly.

Step 4: Cool & Chill

  1. Remove the cheesecakes from the oven and let them cool to room temperature in the tin.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully chilled and set.

Step 5: Garnish & Serve

  1. Before serving, top each cheesecake with crushed Oreos and whipped cream for an extra touch of sweetness.
