  • ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 1 can (20 oz / 565g) crushed pineapple, well-drained
  • 1 box (3.4 oz / 96g) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup (240ml) cold milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz / 225g) whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip), thawed

For Garnish:

  • Toasted coconut flakes (optional, for crunch)
  • Chopped pineapple pieces (for extra fruitiness)
  • White chocolate shavings (for a touch of elegance!)

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Graham Cracker Crust

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes while making the filling.

Step 2: Prepare the Pineapple Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the drained crushed pineapple and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  4. Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
