This is a 1970s white lacquer Chinese Chippendale style faux bamboo arm chair. The finish is a white lacquer. The seat is caned with a navy and white cotton linen blend chinoiserie. The fabric is the “South Seas” pattern by Thaibaut. It is unmarked and in very good condition.
