This dish is ready in under 30 minutes, uses pantry staples, and is easily customizable based on what you have on hand. Whether you’re cooking for one or feeding a hungry family, this ramen stir fry delivers serious flavor with minimal effort — perfect for busy weeknights or late-night cravings.
Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
For the Stir Fry:
- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g. broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
For the Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (or hoisin sauce for a sweeter flavor)
- 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce (optional, for heat)
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
1. Cook the Ramen
Boil water in a medium pot. Add ramen noodles and cook for 2 minutes — just until loosened but not mushy. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.
2. Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients: soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, chili sauce, and water. Set aside.
3. Cook the Chicken
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and stir fry for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked and golden. Remove and set aside.
4. Stir Fry the Veggies
In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed. Add garlic, ginger (if using), and vegetables. Stir fry for 3–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
5. Combine Everything
Return the chicken to the skillet. Add cooked noodles and pour in the sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through — about 2–3 minutes.
6. Garnish & Serve
Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds. Add an extra drizzle of sriracha for spice lovers!

A Little Something from Me ????✨
This recipe was born from my own craving for something quick, comforting, and flavorful — without ordering takeout. What I love about this stir fry is how adaptable it is. Got leftover veggies? Toss them in. Only have beef ramen? That works too. It’s a no-stress dinner that feels like a treat but is deceptively easy to make.
And let’s be honest, there’s just something fun about giving humble ramen noodles a total glow-up. This dish has become a staple in my weeknight rotation, and I hope it earns a spot in yours too!
