- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 (10.5 oz each) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet chicken gravy mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
- Prepare the Slow Cooker:
- Spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or use a liner.
- Combine Ingredients:
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker. In a medium bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, gravy mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and paprika (if using). Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook:
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreds.
- Shred and Serve:
- Use two forks to shred the chicken in the slow cooker. Stir to combine with the gravy. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or biscuits. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- Add 1 cup of frozen peas or diced carrots for extra vegetables.
- For a thicker gravy, mix 1 tbsp of cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir into the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
