When comfort food meets convenience, the result is this mouthwatering Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs recipe. Whether you serve it over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or rice, this easy slow cooker dinner is sure to become a go-to for busy nights when you want maximum flavor with minimal prep.

???? Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen beef meatballs
  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water (for thickening, optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

????‍???? Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Sauce

In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, and dry onion soup mix until smooth.

Step 2: Assemble in the Slow Cooker

Place frozen meatballs in the bottom of a 4–6 quart slow cooker. Add sliced onions and mushrooms, if using. Pour the sauce mixture over everything and stir gently to coat.

Step 3: Cook Low and Slow

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until meatballs are heated through and the flavors have melded.

Step 4: Thicken the Gravy (Optional)

If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Stir it into the slow cooker about 30 minutes before serving, then cover and cook on HIGH until the sauce thickens.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

Serve warm over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or rice. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
