This dessert is the perfect blend of a classic cobbler and the nostalgic flavors of a snickerdoodle cookie, featuring cinnamon-sugar goodness, a tender cake-like texture, and a luscious, self-saucing bottom layer. It’s easy to make, requires simple ingredients, and is best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Instructions
