Ingredients

- 1 cup all-vegetable shortening (1 stick of Crisco)
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1 1/2 cups M&Ms candies, plus extra for topping

Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough:

2. Chill the Dough:
- Cover the dough and refrigerate for several hours or overnight until completely chilled.
3. Preheat the Oven:

- Using a large scoop, portion the dough into 18 balls. Roll each ball into a smooth shape.
- Evenly space 6 balls of dough per baking sheet, pressing down slightly to flatten.
