Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add melted butter, egg, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Step 2: Make the Filling

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
