Enjoy the classic strawberry shortcake flavor in every bite, now with even more of that sweet creaminess.
Ingredients
- 2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced
- ½ loaf pound cake or angel food cake (premade or boxed mix)
- 10.5 oz mini marshmallows
- 8 oz whipped cream topping
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
- Cut the pound cake or angel food cake into 1½ inch cubes. Remove any dark edges from the cake.
- In a large bowl, mix together the whipped cream topping and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Stir in the mini marshmallows.
- Slice the strawberries and add them to the bowl.
- Gently fold everything together until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve within 1-3 days.
Tip: The sugar in the marshmallows may cause the texture to soften the longer it sits. If that happens, simply stir in 1-2 tbsp vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix, or add more cake cubes to restore the fluff.
