The Best Brownies in the World

These ooey, gooey, fudgy brownies are sure to become your new family favorite! With a rich chocolate flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth texture, this recipe is so good, you’ll want to make it again and again. Perfect for any chocolate lover! ????????

Cook Time: 35 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes
Servings: 8
Calories: 329 per serving

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line your pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and unsweetened chocolate together in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir with a wooden spoon.
  3. Remove from heat and add the sugar. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add the beaten eggs and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
  5. Mix in the chocolate chips, flour, and salt, stirring until fully blended.
  6. Pour the batter into your prepared pan and tap the pan gently to remove any air bubbles.
  7. Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let the brownies cool on a rack before slicing and serving.

  • Makes 16 brownies, or 9 large ones if cut bigger.
