How to Make The BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3: Cream the Butter & Sugars

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

Step 4: Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients
