  • ½ cup (50g) almond flour

  • ⅔ cup (130g) granulated monk fruit sweetener (or erythritol, allulose)

  • ½ cup (80g) sugar-free chocolate chips (for extra gooeyness!)

How to Make Keto Brownies

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients

  • In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.

Step 3: Combine Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sweetener until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until combined.

Step 4: Combine & Bake

  • Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in sugar-free chocolate chips or nuts (if using).
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Step 5: Cool & Slice

  • Let brownies cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Slice into 12 squares and enjoy!
