The Best Mediterranean Baked Fish

  • 4 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or halibut; about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
