Ingredients (Makes 8-10 Clusters)

  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 150g (1 cup) dark or milk chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (for smoother chocolate coating)

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Crushed nuts (almonds, peanuts, or pistachios)
  • White chocolate drizzle
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Yogurt Clusters

1️⃣ In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey until fully combined.
2️⃣ Scoop small portions onto a parchment-lined baking tray, shaping into clusters.
3️⃣ Freeze for 30-45 minutes, or until firm.


Step 2: Melt the Chocolate

4️⃣ In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.


Step 3: Coat the Clusters

5️⃣ Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage.
6️⃣ Place back on the parchment-lined tray and freeze for another 10-15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.


Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
