Looking for a sophisticated and refreshing drink without the buzz? This Virgin Lavender Mojito is the ultimate mocktail — combining the cooling zing of fresh mint and lime with the calming, aromatic essence of lavender. Sparkling, floral, and lightly citrusy, it’s the kind of drink that feels indulgent and spa-like, but is easy enough to whip up in minutes.

Whether you’re hosting a baby shower, brunch with friends, a summer barbecue, or simply treating yourself on a sunny afternoon, this alcohol-free lavender mojito adds a beautiful, fragrant touch to any moment.

Why You’ll Love This Drink

  • 💜 Light, floral, and beautifully fragrant
  • 🌿 Packed with fresh mint and lime for that mojito sparkle
  • 🧊 Naturally alcohol-free — perfect for all ages
  • 🍯 Sweetened with honey or syrup to your taste
  • ✨ Visually stunning with a lavender sprig garnish

Ingredients (U.S. Standard Measurements – Serves 2)

  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves (plus more for garnish)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon lavender simple syrup (see below)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1½ cups sparkling water or club soda
  • Crushed ice
  • Optional: Fresh lavender sprigs & lime slices, for garnish

For the Lavender Simple Syrup (makes ~½ cup)

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (or honey for a natural option)
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender

🫙 Bring water and sugar to a boil, stir in lavender, simmer for 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and cool before use.

Instructions

Step 1: Muddle the Mint

In a cocktail shaker or large glass, muddle the fresh mint leaves with lime juice and honey (or agave) until the mint releases its aroma.

Step 2: Add Lavender Syrup

Add 1 tablespoon of lavender syrup. Stir well to combine the flavors.

Step 3: Assemble

Fill two glasses with crushed ice. Pour the mint-lavender mixture evenly between the glasses.

Step 4: Top with Bubbles

Top off each glass with sparkling water or club soda. Gently stir to combine.

Step 5: Garnish & Serve

Garnish with extra mint, lime wedges, and a sprig of lavender for a show-stopping, fragrant finish. Serve immediately!
