Whipped Pink Lemonade

April 24, 2025 by el hassan Leave a Comment

When the sun’s blazing and you’re craving something cool, creamy, and seriously Instagram-worthy, this Whipped Pink Lemonade is your new go-to. It’s the perfect fusion of tart lemonade and sweet cream, whipped into a light, fluffy, and totally dreamy pink drink. Think of it like a lemonade milkshake — with a TikTok-worthy twist.

Whether you’re throwing a party, lounging on the patio, or just want a fun treat to sip on, this drink brings the ultimate summer vibes. And the best part? You can make it with just a few simple ingredients in under 5 minutes!

???? Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 120g sweetened condensed milk (about 1/3 cup)
  • 250ml cold pink lemonade (store-bought or homemade)
  • 120ml heavy whipping cream
  • 1–2 drops red food coloring (optional, for a bolder pink hue)
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Lemon slices & whipped cream (optional garnish)

???? Instructions

1. Chill Everything First

For best results, make sure your lemonade and heavy cream are cold before starting. Pop your mixing bowl in the fridge or freezer for 10 minutes, too!

2. Make the Whipped Topping

In a chilled mixing bowl, pour in the heavy cream. Whip with a hand mixer or stand mixer until soft peaks form. Add sweetened condensed milk and a drop or two of red food coloring if desired. Whip again briefly until fully combined and fluffy.

3. Assemble the Drink

Fill two tall glasses with ice. Pour cold pink lemonade over the ice until about 3/4 full.

4. Top It Off

Spoon a generous amount of the whipped topping over the lemonade. Give it a light swirl if you like a marbled effect, or let it float for a layered look.

5. Garnish & Serve

Top with whipped cream, a lemon slice, or even a maraschino cherry for a retro soda shop vibe. Serve immediately with a wide straw or spoon!

???? Tips & Tricks

  • Make it dairy-free by using coconut cream and coconut condensed milk.
  • Want it frozen? Blend everything with ice to make a pink lemonade slushie.
  • More lemony zing? Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for that tart punch.
  • Party prep tip: Whip the topping in advance and keep it chilled. Assemble drinks right before serving.

???? From My Kitchen to Yours

This Whipped Pink Lemonade is the kind of fun, feel-good drink that just puts a smile on your face. It’s like sunshine in a glass — sweet, creamy, and perfect for everything from brunches to poolside hangs. I’ve made this for summer BBQs, bridal showers, and just for myself on a hot afternoon. It always disappears fast, so be prepared to make a second round!
